Checked sylvac software and roces in detail\r\n a. In the current demo setup in Bhavani, 4 bluetooth instrument and one serial port air guage all of sylvac is connected through a software in PC.\r\n b. Devied are connected in serial fashion and software is able to read the values only in serila way.\r\n c. once the reading of one instrument is skipped, then i cannot be read again by going back.\r\n d. Card display is used instead of table display \r\n e. Each device have serial id, and the devide is maped to each port by its serial id (both wired and blutooth)\r\n2. Checked existing Serial measuring instrument with other makes, it has a slightly different serial port, looks like little wider ctype.\r\n3. Auto Racking system.\r\n a. Does two main funtion:\r\n i. taking in the instrument\r\n ii. Giving out the instrument according to the user request\r\n b. Mechanism\r\n i. Conveyor belt is partinioed according to the size of each part, incase of multiple parts multiple conveyor belt with multiple inlet ond outlet is designed\r\n ii. conveyor belt is connected to a motor to rotate it\r\n iii. A software control the conveyour belt, and PLC is used to program to control the motor to command when to stop.\r\n \r\n c. Process\r\n i. For each object, a box is provided with qr code to keep the object inside the box and then it can be inserted into the racking system\r\n ii. Admin User has the authority to map the qrcode with produt details.\r\n iii. Normal user can only relace the item, cannot insert new item or just take out one item without replacement. \r\n\r\n\r\n
